Ironic crap that came on the fax machine this morning

We get a fair amount of fax spam at work. They range from travel scams to orange safety vests and steel buildings. I found this one to be particularly funny: (the red text is mine)
I can sum it up the information package.
Buy a crappy building near a university, rent said building out for stupid high prices. Do bare minimum to stay within your legal responsibilities.
Alternatively, you could rent it out cheaper and not even bother with maintenance.
