		<description>The parking garage may just be the first phase. I would expect that a large development would have to have a parking structure of its own. I doubt that a parking garage by itself would be financially viable as parking is really cheap downtown.

I&#039;ll be keeping my eyes open for any news on this site. Hopefully the community can come together and insist that this site be developed properly. That way, it won&#039;t turn out like Peel Plaza in Saint John.</description>

I think the City should encourage development beyond parking for this prime real estate. Perhaps a parking complex on Brunswick to serve commercial/residential development on King St would be the way to go.</description>
