It launched Jul 14^th 2009, but so far has only shown the outside of the transit garage. It is apparently on fleet number 8073, but is probably not on a fixed route.

You can see it by clicking http://www.fredericton.ca/en/TransitWebcam.asp You’ll then need to find the red bus icon and click on it.
